    I moved out because we had to stay out of state for a few months at the time and couldn't afford to pay rent while we were gone. But when we ived there for almost 8 years, I really enjoyed it. They always kept up with maintenance and pest control. Karla from the office was very nice and helpful. Our neighbors were all friendly. I didn't have any problems at all except internet was a little too pricey. Highly recommended.

    I have been here three months and I am SO impressed with the maintenance crew as well as the the people wo live here. The maintenance men are so good at there job and so kind and personable. I am so happy to be here. Thank you Concord Management for a wonder staff and a great place to call home.

    I lived here back in 2007 and I am back, I enjoyed it when I was here then and it really seems so much better now. The front office staff is great. There wasn't a time in my process of coming back that Concord Management team or the lady at the front office didn't answer all my questions and concerns.
    The maintenance men are simply the best. They addressed all my concerns so quickly. That may be their policy but their personalities are super and caring. I will say that the lady at the front office went out of her way to accommodate all I needed.
    I see that others have left lower feedbacks but, they are truly not painting a truthful picture. The front office lady most assuredly answers all emails either with a call or an email. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. This place is truly a wonderful place to live. Thank you Concord Management and Mystic Cove Staff.
